The view appears tired, the field of vision is restricted. There are several reasons for this, apart from the obvious ones. It is often not (only) due to excess skin on the upper eyelid, but also to unwanted fat pads, a drooping eyebrow or pronounced bags under the eyes that have a negative effect on the gaze. It is best to discuss in person which techniques will bring more freshness and whether surgical correction, i.e. blepharoplasty, is required.
